This award is a testament to what can be done in a Virtual World. PO2 Ghosh has impressed his officers with his ability to adapt with the challenges of the new teaching environment of Zoom. He keeps moral high with activities and stepped up to assist teaching the band online and did so with out hesitation. The band of #335 RCSCC Calgary is thriving because of his skill, talent, support, encouragement and leadership.
